I just want to take a minute to thank you for the prompt and worry free service that was provided with my on line order. I do very little on line shopping and my concerns were needless since the snowboard boots were easy to order and delivered promptly.

FYI I called around to numerous Sport Chek stores in Medicine Hat, Lethbridge and Calgary and found myself at a dead end every time. One store even had the same boot that I was looking for but would not take a credit card to hold the item & guarantee the purchase, would not send the item as a store transfer, simply would not assist us at all in making the purchase.
