Free Delivery is only available for orders being shipped within Canada. All clearance items (30% OFF or more) are not eligible for Free Shipping and are FINAL SALE.
Fast Delivery
Our goal is to get you your product as quickly as possible and ship all orders within two to five business days. If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, you MUST specify this in the comments section or call our toll free line, 1-877-576-8723 and speak with a customer service representative. There may be additional costs incurred in such cases and we will notify you if that is the case.
Orders with Free Delivery are shipped UPS Ground Delivery Service and generally arrive within 5-10 days after your order was placed. You will be emailed your tracking number and estimated delivery date when your order ships. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm MST.
Tracking Numbers
A Tracking Number will be emailed to you once your has been shipped. To track your package, please visit UPS and enter the tracking number that was emailed to you. Once your order is shipped, UPS will do everything they can to deliver it to you on time. In the event of a delayed delivery, you may contact UPS directly at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5811) or call us Toll Free at 1-877-576-8723 and we will work with you and UPS to expedite the delivery of your package.
Signing For Delivery
All deliveries MUST be signed for. Otherwise the Source cannot take responsibility for delivery.
P.O. Boxes
All orders being delivered to a P.O. Box will be shiped via Canada Post. Because there is no signature option available for deliveries to a P.O. Box, The Source cannot take responsibility for delivery.
Outside North America
Shipping costs for items shipped outside North America are estimated at checkout and may require additional shipping fees depending on the shipping address.
FREE Shipping does not apply to orders being delivered outside of Canada.
If you are ordering from overseas, please submit your order via the website. The Source will then calculate the exact shipping costs based on your addess and will email you if there are any additional shipping costs. If you have any questions concerning shipping you can email us.
Customs / Brokerage Charges
All shipments leave from our warehouse in Canada. Shipments outside Canada may be subject to delays at Customs and Customs and/or Brokerage fees when delivered. The customer is responsible for all Customs and Brokerage Fees.
Oversize Delivery Surcharges
Certain items are oversize or overweight and incur additional shipping charges. You will be contacted by one of our Customer Service Representatives and notified of any additional shipping costs before your order is processed. Should the additional cost of shipping prove prohibitive, you may cancel your order without penalty (we will not bill your credit card until you have accepted the shipping costs).
Refunds and Returns
If you are not satisfied with a Source purchase from our online store, you may return the unused product within 30 days of the purchase date. The Source must be contacted at least 7 days after the shipment arrival date in order for us to provide a full refund. If you ordered the incorrect size, you may return your unused product and request a replacement size. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the product is defective or if there was an error during your order. Prior to returning an item, please call 1-877-576-8723 weekdays from 10am to 5pm MST to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Without an RA, the Source cannot accept your returned product.
With the exception of shipping errors or a defective product, the Source does not issue credit or refunds for shipping charges. In the event of any order with free shipping, returned items will be charged the shipping charges incurred by the Source. To be returned, products must be unused, with original packaging and tags.
No Refunds or Exchanges will be made on Clearance Items (30% OFF or more) unless the product is covered under warranty or an error occured during your order.
Rush Delivery
Customers can request rush delivery at an additional cost at the time of your order. Depending on where you live there will be several shipping options presented to you while make your order.
Refused Shipments
All shipments refused by the buyer for delivery will be charged a 40% restocking charge.
Exclusive Products for Canadian Customers
Due to contract agreements with the some manufacturers: Burton, Analog, Anon, Forum, Special Blend, Foursquare, Ride, Cappal and Nixon. Products are only available for shipping to a Canadian address. Conversely, these same companies do not allow U.S. shops to ship to Canada. However, a U.S. or International credit card holder can always place an order and get it shipped to a Canadian address.
Warranty
All products sold on our site are covered by the manufacturer warranty, usually a 90 day guarantee. Some companies offer longer or even lifetime warranties. If you have questions concerning the warranty on an item you wish to purchase please call us toll free at 1-877-576-8723.
The Source does not independently warrant any of our products except for Source brand clothing and snowboards. All warranty claims are handled by our warranty department. Warranties are approved by the manufacturer themselves and not by The Source.
