Return your unused items in store at any of our Sourceboards locations within 7 days of purchase for full money back, and within 30 days for exchange or store credit.
All items purchased Online at sourceboards.com may be returned in store or online. For return online, please contact us at info@sourceboards.com for an RA#. Customers are responsible for return shipping if they choose to return online. Shipping and Route fees are non refundable.
Items need to be in new, unused condition with the tags still attached and in original packaging to be processed.
All returns must be processed back onto the original payment method.

Online Returns and Exchanges
Items purchased online at sourceboards.com may be returned either in store, or online.
For all items returned through our Online Store, please contact us at info@sourceboards.com for an RA#
For exchanges, please place a new order for the replacement item(s). The original order will be refunded once received. This is to avoid any shipping delays.

All orders sent back to Sourceboards due to incomplete address, refusal, or being unclaimed will be refunded minus a restocking fee. The restocking fee is the cost of shipping both ways, and Route if applicable.
