Delivery Driver and Warehouse Associate – Full-Time

 

The Source Snowboards & Skateboards is seeking a hard working, driven person to join out team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks in our warehouse, including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory levels. As a part of this job you will also be responsible for delivering product to our store locations in our delivery van.

As a part of our Warehouse Team you will:

  • Receive, unload, and process incoming stock and materials
  • Pick and fill orders from stock, pack and ship orders, and manage inventory levels
  • Operate pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed
  • Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times
  • Assist with other tasks as needed, such as assembly
  • Pack, load, and move product and boxes
  • Drive our delivery vehicle both in Calgary, and to and from Edmonton

Requirements:

  • This is a Calgary based role and is a non remote position
  • Must be 25 or older with a good driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
  • Experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks in our warehouse, including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory levels. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in the snowboard/skateboard industry and is interested in learning about warehouse operations.

Warranty CSR Role

Warranty Customer Service & Sales Expert – Part-Time

The Source Snowboards & Skateboards is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warranty Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and warranty claims related to our products. You will be the first point of contact for our customers who need assistance with warranty claims and product issues.

The Role:

You have a genuine excitement for helping people and enjoy sharing your knowledge and problem-solving skills. As our first point of contact, you will be responsible for selling and answering customer queries over the phones, email, and chat. You will use your exceptional communication skills, patience and empathy to exceed customer expectations and needs.  Your naturally confident problem-solving skills will positively impact your success in this role. With your powerhouse of product and system knowledge you will exceed your wildest dreams of becoming a top salesperson within the company. 

As a part of our Warranty E-commerce Team you will:

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding warranty claims via email and over the phone
  • Process warranty claims and ensure that customers receive appropriate replacements or repairs in a timely manner
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, and other team members to ensure that warranty claims are resolved efficiently and effectively
  • Keep accurate records of warranty claims and customer interactions in our customer relationship management system
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, warranties, and customer service procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers are satisfied with the resolution of their warranty claims


Requirements:

  • This is a Calgary based role and is a non remote position
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • General snowboard knowledge and passion for snowboarding
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with customer service, warranty claims, or related fields is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
