1. We offer FREE SHIPPING CANADA WIDE on orders over $100 *see below for exceptions* In Store Pickup is always FREE! 

2. Add Route to your order! It ensures you get an immediate refund in the event your package is lost/stolen/damaged during transit. *see below for more details*

3. We can't read minds. Ensure your information is in correctly, and tell us if you have a shipping provider preference, or need your item by a certain date.

4. Check your emails. If we need to update you we will email or call!

Though we have tried to master the fine art of mind reading, technology isn't quite there yet. PLEASE put your address in correctly. Failure to do so will result in a restocking fee if the package gets sent back to us. This allows us to offer FREE SHIPPING on almost everything online! We appreciate your understanding.

What is Route Package Protection?

Package is lost, stolen, or damaged? THAT'S WHAT ROUTE IS FOR :)

Please ensure it is on all orders so you can get your money back in the event of porch pirates, lost or damaged packages. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • Route streamlines the claims process, so you have less to stress over, and can get out boarding faster!
  • In the unfortunate event of a lost, stolen, or damaged package, Route Package Protection is there to resolve the issue asap.

Free Shipping Canada Wide on Orders Over $100*

  • Packages shipping out with Free Shipping are currently shipped with either Canada Post or UPS
* Exclusions are Limited edition, special release products, snowskates, and Theragun products. Due to their dimensions, we are unable to ship snowboards 167cm+ as well as certain pow surfs. 

    I Need My Order by a Certain Date!

    • Let us know in the comments field, or by replying to your order confirmation.
    • Select In Store Pickup if you are able to pickup in store
    • Select a FedEx or UPS paid shipping option (other than Ground) to ensure it arrives on time. 
    • We are unable to guarantee shipping dates, other than in store pickups, so please contact us to ensure your delivery date is attainable if you have concerns!


    Please note: Although we are doing our best to use state of the art technology, we have not yet mastered mind reading, so please let us know when you need your gear and we will do our best to accommodate! Shipping estimates are from the shipping providers, and do not include the time it takes to gather and process your order.

    I Messed up My Shipping Address!

    Please email us with the order number and the correct, full shipping address ASAP!

    • Orders that ship out with incorrect addresses are unable to be changed, let's work together to fix it before it ships!
    • If the order is returned to Sourceboards due to incorrect shipping address the order will be returned minus shipping costs as a restocking fee. We understand this is an inconvenience for everyone so please make sure the shipping information is correct!

    When Will My Order Ship?

    • Orders made from will ship within 1-5 business days from when the order was placed.
    • Usually it will ship between 1-2 business days from when the order was placed unless items are coming from our Edmonton location, or we require a response from a sold out item.

      Can I Make Changes to my Order?

      In our attempt to process and ship your order as fast as possible, in most cases orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they are placed. Please email us with your order number and changes as soon as you can and we will try our best to accommodate!

      Shipping Methods & Timelines

      Shipping timelines provided in the Shopping Cart are estimates only!

      Due to the current influx of online orders globally seeing exponential increase there can be expected shipping delays. If you need your order by a certain date please specify in order comments, and/or pickup your order in store. We will do our best to ensure it gets out for your specified date, but are unable to guarantee any delivery dates other than In Store Pickups.

      FedEx is a paid option we offer to ensure a faster delivery is possible.

      In Store Pick-Up

      • We offer In Store Pickup free of charge with any order at any of our 3 locations.
      • You may choose the In Store Pickup option as a shipping option when you are checking out.
      • Orders with In Store Pickup chosen as a shipping method will arrive within 1-5 business days depending on which store the products originate from.
      • You may always see how long your product will take to arrive in store by contacting us via Live Chat or giving us a call toll free at 1-877-576-8723.
        • We will notify you when your order has arrived at the store.
        • Avoid wait times: Please do not show up at the store to pickup your order until you have been notified. 

          Domestic Shipping - Within Canada

          International orders made on will be picked up by the carrier within 1-5 business days (excluding Canadian Holidays) from when the order was placed.

          Orders under $100 will be charged a shipping fee based on rates from Canada Post and FedEx.

          • WE SHIP TO PO BOXES! Orders made that are shipped to P.O. Boxes will be shipped with Canada Post. Since there is no signature option available for deliveries to a P.O. Box, The Source cannot take responsibility for delivery.
          • Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email.

            Shipping price seems way too high? Our shipping calculators base our rates off of the published rates so sometimes they can be a bit off. Give us a call (1-877-576-8723) or an e-mail (email us) with your shipping address and what you are looking to order, we would love to give you a quote!


            Please Note: Our stock for orders are pulled from our stores in Alberta, brought to our Online Store where our team can check them over to ensure quality, then shipped out.

            International Shipping - Outside Canada

            International orders made on will be picked up by the carrier within 1-5 business days (excluding Canadian Holidays) from when the order was placed.

            • All International orders are shipped using FedEx.
            • International rates may vary, depending on size and weight.
            • International shipments are subject to duties and taxes that the customer is responsible for paying.
            • Any Orders refused or duties unpaid by the customer will be considered abandoned and the sender and receiver will be void of refund.
            • Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email.
            • Due to customs delays, we are not able to provide shipping time guarantees.
            • International orders are final sale.
            • Sourceboards is not responsible for any incorrect addresses, lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

                Refused Shipments

                • All shipments refused by the buyer for delivery will be charged return shipping. This will come out of the refund.
                • This is exempt if they were instructed to do so by a Sourceboards Staff Member.

                Accepted Forms of Payment

                Visa, Mastercard, Paypal. Cash in store only.

                • Paypal is only usable in online transactions
                • You will not be charged for items purchased with a credit card until they are shipped. When you place an order a pre-authorized amount may be held until your order is processed, depending on your bank.
                • In the case we are sold out of an item you will be reimbursed the total of that item when the order ships.
                • For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
