BASEPLATE:

V-ROD BASEPLATES

V-Rod baseplates were developed to complement bindings that let your board fex freely and have less baseplate material in direct contact with your board. Power is driven from your big toe out to the lateral side of your heel, so Rome created a baseplate footprint that refects that principle. The blue areas are a thinner foam which creates a direct energy transfer with less board contact. The orange areas are representing thicker foam for impact absorption, but also allows the board to fex freely the way it was intended to.

Rome’s 2 year warranty policy covers all manufacturing defects. For all categories, this does not include general wear and tear due to heavy use. For bindings, Rome has a lifetime warranty for parts replacements. This includes parts that are broken or damaged. Rome cannot guarantee that we will have the same exact style or color in stock.
