Please Note:

• You will not be charged for items purchased with a credit card until they are shipped. Items purchased on debit card may be billed immediately upon order confirmation.

• In the case we are sold out of an item you will be reimbursed the total of that item if money was captured.

• For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Shipping Methods & Timelines

Orders made from www.sourceboards.com will ship within 1-5 business days from when the order was placed. Usually it will ship between 1-2 business days from when the order was placed unless it is coming from our Edmonton or Red Deer locations.

Generally you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) MST and the product must be available in Calgary or your order may not be processed until the following business day. (Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada.) If your product(s) are coming from out of town you will be contacted and we will do our best to get them to you asap. Shipping charges may not be applied in these cases.

During checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s).

IN STORE PICK-UP

We offer in store pickup free of charge with any order at any of our 4 locations. Any order that is ordered online is available for gift wrapping and often comes with stickers and a hand written card. Please write in the comments field or give us a call if you would like your item(s) gift wrapped. You may choose the In Store Pickup option as a shipping option when you are checking out. Orders with In Store Pickup chosen as a shipping method will arrive within 1-5 business days depending on which store the products originate from. You may always see how long your product will take to arrive in store by contacting us via Live Chat or giving us a call toll free at 1-877-576-8723.

Domestic Shipping- Within Canada!

Orders made on www.sourceboards.com will ship within 1-5 business days from when the order was placed.

WE SHIP TO PO BOXES! Orders made that are shipped to P.O. Boxes will be shipped with Canada Post. Because there is no signature option available for deliveries to a P.O. Box, The Source cannot take responsibility for delivery.

Domestic orders over $100 will apply for Free Shipping!These are shipped with Canada Post and usually take 1-10 business days once the order has shipped. If you need faster shipping you may select this option while checking out at an additional fee as per shipping carrier.

Domestic orders under $100 will be charged a shipping rate based on package size, weight, and distance as per our rates from Canada Post. Customers will be shown rates prior to check out and given option to choose their shipping carrier and price. Customers may choose in store pickup for a shipping method and pick the items up in a Source Boards location closest to them free of charge.

Shipping price seems way too high? Our shipping calculators base our rates off of the published rates so sometimes they can be a bit off. Give us a call (1-877-576-8723) or an e-mail (email us) with your shipping address and we would love to give you a quote!

You will be e-mailed your tracking number and estimated delivery time when your order ships.

• You will not be billed for items purchased with a credit card until the items have shipped. You may be billed for items purchased with a debit or bank card immediately upon order confirmation.

• Orders can be shipped to Canadian P.O. Boxes but delivery verification is unavailable to these addresses.

International Shipping- Outside of Canada!

International orders made on www.sourcebooards.com will ship within 1-5 business days from when the order was placed.

The customer is responsible for any and all Customs and Brokerage Fees. All orders shipping outside of Canada are subject to customs and or duties charges which are implemented by the Government and have nothing to do with us! Sorry but we are unable to waive these fees as we do not set them.

In the event that the Customs and Brokerage Fees are NOT paid for by the customer, the package will be considered abandoned and the customer will forfeit any possibility of a refund.

Shipping costs for items shipped outside North America are estimated at checkout and may require additional shipping fees depending on the shipping address.

Oversize Delivery Surcharges

• Certain items are oversize or overweight and incur additional shipping charges.

• You will be contacted by one of our Customer Service Representatives and notified of any additional shipping costs before your order is processed.

• Should the additional cost of shipping prove prohibitive, you may cancel your order without penalty (we will not bill your credit card until you have accepted the shipping costs).

Tracking Numbers

A Tracking Number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

To track your package, please visit FedEx, or Canada Post and enter the tracking number that was emailed to you.

Once your order is shipped FedEx, or Canada Post will do everything they can to deliver it to you on time.

In the event of a delayed delivery, you may contact FedEx directly at 1-(800)-463-3339 Canada Post directly at 1-866-607-6301 call us Toll Free at 1-877-576-8723 and we will work with you and the shipping company to expedite the delivery of your package.

Refused Shipments/ Incorrect Shipping Address

All shipments refused by the buyer for delivery will be charged a 40% restocking fee.

If you have given us the incorrect shipping address please contact us ASAP by either calling toll free at 1-877-576-8723 or e-mailing us at info@sourceboards.com.

If the order is returned to Sourceboards due to incorrect shipping address the customer will be responsible for paying both the shipping cost of the package back to Sourceboards.com and the shipping cost to re-ship the package.

We understand this is an inconvenience for everyone so please make sure the shipping information is correct!

Refunds and Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from our online store, you may return the unused product to the Online Store within 7 days of the purchase date for a full refund (on full priced items), 30 days for a store credit.

If you ordered the incorrect size, you may return the unused product to the Online Store and request a replacement size.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the product is defective or if there was an error processing your order.

Prior to returning an item, please call 1-877-576-8723 weekdays from 9am to 5pm MST to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Without an RA, The Source cannot accept your returned product.

The returned items MUST be unused, in the original packaging and have the tags still attached in order for us to process any returns/exchanges.

ONLINE RETURNS/EXCHANGES MUST BE WRAPPED/BOXED OR REFUND WILL BE FORFEIT. You wouldn't want your products to come with writing on/damaged packaging so please hold the same standards for returns/exchanges.

With the exception of shipping errors or a defective product, the Source does not issue credit or refunds for shipping charges.

In the event of any order with Free Shipping, returned items will be refunded minus the shipping charges incurred by the Source.

To be returned, products must be unused, with original packaging and tags.

No Refunds or Exchanges will be made on Clearance Items unless the product is covered under warranty or an error occurred processing your order.
