All orders being delivered to a P.O. Box will be shipped via Canada Post. Because there is no signature option available for deliveries to a P.O. Box, The Source cannot take responsibility for delivery.
Shipping costs for items shipped outside North America are estimated at checkout and may require additional shipping fees depending on the shipping address.
FREE Shipping does not apply to orders being delivered outside of Canada.
If you are ordering from overseas, please submit your order via the website. The Source will then calculate the exact shipping costs based on your addess and will email you if there are any additional shipping costs. All shipments leave from our warehouse in Canada. Shipments outside Canada may be subject to delays at Customs and Customs and/or Brokerage fees when delivered.

Without an RA, The Source cannot accept your returned product.
The returned items MUST be unused, in the original packaging and have the tags still attached in order for us to process any returns/exchanges.
With the exception of shipping errors or a defective product, the Source does not issue credit or refunds for shipping charges.
In the event of any order with Free Shipping, returned items will be refunded minus the shipping charges incurred by the Source.
To be returned, products must be unused, with original packaging and tags.
