We offer FREE domestic shipping within Canada on orders over $100 through Canada Post and UPS. See below for our international shipping policies.
We are pleased to offer shipping to P.O. Boxes! Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes will be handled by Canada Post. Please note that due to the absence of a signature option for P.O. Box deliveries, The Source cannot assume responsibility for the delivery process.
Enhance your order by adding Route Package Protection. With Route, you'll receive an immediate refund if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. (Please refer to the information below for more details.)

Free In-Store Pickup
We are pleased to offer complimentary In-Store Pickup for all orders at any of our three locations. During the checkout process, you have the option to select In-Store Pickup as your shipping method. Orders with this option chosen will typically be available for pickup within 1-5 business days
To find out the specific timeframe for your order's arrival at the store, our friendly team will provide you with the necessary information. We will promptly notify you once your order is ready for pickup at the store you selected.
When will my order ship?
All Orders typically ship within 72 hours once the order has been placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once the order has shipped from the warehouse.
Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
In our attempt to process and ship your order as fast as possible, in most cases orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they are placed. Please contact us with your order number and changes as soon as you can, and we will try our best to accommodate. If the order has not yet been confirmed, we will do our best to modify it.
Returned Packages
We strive to ensure that your order reaches you promptly and in perfect condition. However, if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, an inability to deliver, or any other issue that prevents successful delivery, the following policies will apply:
Reshipping Fees: If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or if you are unavailable to receive the package, we will need to charge you the cost of reshipping the item to the correct address.
Restocking Fee: Alternatively, if you choose not to have the item reshipped, a restocking fee equal to the original shipping cost will be applied. This fee covers the cost of handling and processing the returned package.
To avoid these charges, please double-check your shipping address at checkout and ensure that someone will be available to receive your package. If you realize there was an error in your address or need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible.
Route Package Protection
Enjoy a seamless journey from checkout to delivery with Route Package Protection. It is an optional service we offer to enhance the security and peace of mind for our customers when it comes to shipping orders. By adding Route Package Protection at the time of purchase, you can protect your package against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
With Route, you gain access to comprehensive coverage beyond what standard carrier insurance typically provides. In the unfortunate event that something goes wrong with your package, such as it being lost or stolen, Route steps in to help resolve the issue.
Payment Methods & Billing
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Sezzle. Your credit card will only be charged once your order has shipped.
Paypal orders will be charged at the time of order placement. If an item or order is canceled your Paypal account will be refunded automatically.

The Source Snowboards offers international shipping to select countries outside of Canada. Please note the following manufacturers are unavailable to ship outside of Canada: Burton, Analog, Anon, Ride, Nike and Salomon.
Customs and Brokerage Fees:
Please be aware that The Source Snowboards and Skateboards is not responsible for any Customs and Brokerage Fees linked to your shipments. Shipments outside Canada might encounter delays and could be subject to Customs and/or Brokerage fees upon delivery.
Import Duties:
The final price does not cover import duties. Customs and import duties are charged when the parcel reaches its destination country, and it's the recipient's responsibility to settle these charges.
Local Government Regulations:
Keep in mind that these fees are determined by your local government. Unfortunately, we don't have control or access to this information.
Orders to the USA:
Orders under $800 USD going to the USA should not face duties and taxes. Sourceboards is not responsible for any duties or tax charges that may occur.
Unpaid Customs and Brokerage Fees:
If you don't pay Customs and Brokerage Fees, your package will be considered abandoned, and a 25% restocking fee will be applied.
Shipping Responsibility:
Once your package leaves The Source Snowboards and Skateboards, we're not responsible for shipping delays. Additionally, any damages or losses during transit by the postal service, courier, or customs agencies are beyond our control.

Return Costs:
Please be aware that customers are responsible for covering all return costs. If you're looking to start a return, please reach out to us at info@sourceboards, and we'll guide you through the return process.
Final Sale Items:
Items discounted at 30% or more are considered final sale. Unfortunately, these items cannot be returned.
Return Conditions:
For products eligible for return, they must be in their original condition, unused, and still in the original packaging.
Out of Stock Items
If an item ordered becomes out of stock, you will receive an email and you will be reimbursed the total of that item. If you would like another product recommendation we would be happy to help.
