In Store Pickups


All orders placed on are subject to 1-5 business days for processing.


We have 2 Calgary locations, and 1 Edmonton location so if your items are arriving from one of our stores instead of our online store, please give us time to gather your order, ensure the items are in perfect condition, and send them to the store you chose for pickup.


We do deliveries to our Edmonton twice a week on Sunday/Monday and Thursday mornings, so to avoid delays we recommend you place your order before Thursday to ensure it arrives to our Edmonton location in a timely manner. 


We will contact you via email notifying you when your order is ready for pickup. Please save yourself some time and wait for us to contact you before going to the store to pickup your order.


Once your order is ready to pickup, please check store hours, and arrive with your order number, photo I.D., and a face mask and one of our lovely staff members will get your order for you. 


All online orders may be returned or exchanged at any of our locations to avoid shipping charges. Please note, all sale items are exchange only, and clearance items are final sale.
