PRODUCT FEATURES
PRODUCT FEATURES
Key Features:
- Glassing: Carbon Fiber Construction - Carbon construction in a snowboard means incorporating carbon fiber into the board’s build. Renowned for its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, carbon fiber adds stiffness and responsiveness without increasing weight. When strategically placed throughout the length and width of the board, it boosts control, amplifies pop, and improves energy transfer. The result is a more dynamic ride, ideal for aggressive carving, powerful maneuvers, and high-performance riding.
- Core: Vortex Core - The Vortex Core from Yes. Snowboards combines lightweight laminated Paulownia wood with dense Poplar insert blocks for secure binding mounts, and rail stringers for enhanced edge control. Paulownia delivers responsive flex and low weight, while Poplar reinforces durability and strength. This is their lightest, highest-performing core construction to date.
- Base: Sintered Base - Crafted by fusing tiny polyethylene particles under heat and pressure, creating a porous, durable surface. Known for superior speed and wax absorption.
In-depth Tech Specs:
- Profile: CamRock - The response of camber with the floatability of rocker. Camber between your feet acts as a spring, keeping your contact points on the ground as you go in and out of turns and allowing you to keep that edge hold longer. Once compressed the camber will accentuate the rocker and lift the nose out more, allowing it to float.
- Shape: Asym Twin with the Asym Mid-Bite - An asym twin snowboard keeps the balanced shape of a true twin but adds asymmetry to the sidecut or flex to match the body's natural differences in heel and toe turns. With a deeper heelside radius, it makes turning easier, more precise, and more comfortable. The result is smoother edge control, better balance, and a ride that feels more natural in any condition.
- Flex: 8 All Terrain Flex - From the Peak to the Park and everything in between, excellent response for ultimate pop and smooth turns.
