PRODUCT INFORMATION
Profile: Camber
Terrain: All-mountain/Park
Response: Medium Responsive
Features:
-
Tri-Ax Lamination: Three-way fiberglass weave is light, strong and crazy responsive. We use this to beef up the flex pattern on our more aggressive boards.
-
Ultra Light Core: A 70/30 Paulownia and poplar blend that offers awesome strength to weight.
-
Hyper Glide S Base: Standard sintered base that’s durable and fast – and even faster when you keep it waxed.
- Shock Walls Sidewall: This is Bataleon's Urethane infused sidewall technology. ShockWalls smooth out your ride and are more resistant to impact.
- C.S.T. Super Tubes: Central Super Tube, a single Super Tube down the middle of the board enhances pop without stiffening the board torsionally. Great for jibbing.
- 3BT: At the heart of every Bataleon is a combination of 3BT™ and positive camber. It’s an innovative solution to the profile puzzle that minimizes the potential for edge-catch without sacrificing ollie power or carving performance. From this starting point, we fine-tune each element according to the boards desired riding style.
- SideKick™: Sidekick builds on the concept of Triple Base by increasing the sidebase uplift just outside the widest points of the nose and tail. The tips become more like a hull, boosting float in deep snow and slicing through crud. It also helps the board to roll quickly and evenly from edge to edge.
- Wide: For 11.5+ Men's snowboard boot size
Profile: Medium Camber
Camber profiles are defined from low to high. Higher camber make for more dynamic boards that need to be ridden more aggressively to get maximum performance. Lower camber boards are smoother on lower speeds and in powder. All camber profiles run from nose to tail. higher is not always better...
Shape: Twin
A completely symmetrical shape, which thrives in a variety of freestyle situations. At the core of its design, the twin shape features an identical nose and tail shape, which provides an identical feel and predictable maneuverability whether riding regular or switch. Although originally developed with park riders in mind, twin shapes have also grown to be embraced by many all-mountain riders that like to bring a skateboard style riding out of the park and onto the entire mountain.
Flex: 5 (Scale 1 - 10)
Versatility at its finest. From the park to the peak and anywhere in between.
Base: Sintered
High-end base material that is harder, more durable, and faster than extruded bases.
