The Beta APX adds top-of-the-line materials to an organic silhouette to create the ultimate backcountry dart. Plenty of volume in the nose provides surf-like float, while extra carbon, thinner sidewalls and a faster base bring even more speed and precision. A favourite of Japanese soul shredder Shin Biyajima, this is the perfect board for riders who enjoy following their instincts in natural terrain – exploring new lines and subtle new ways to turn.

Glassing: Triax Plus - Fiberglass is woven in three directions at 45° for maximum stiffness resulting in more consistent torsional flex, better pop and lightening response.
Core: Light Core - An Ultra lightweight core based on a lively combination of poplar and paulownia. Hardwood beech stringers down the center enhance the overall strength and boost pop
Base: N-9000 - A lightening quick sintered base made from super dense material with a high carbon content to minimize friction. Regular waxing ensures race-like speed
Absorbnid Top-sheet - An innovative top layer designed to absorb unwanted vibrations, letting you enjoy a smooth ride with less fatigue
Pop Carbon Plus - Deployed on both sides of the core tip to tail, beefing up the flex. Ideal for aggressive riders who want snappy edge response, tons of pop and a smooth ride at high speeds
Evolution Nose - 3D curved nose helps the board roll smoothly from edge to edge, creating a natural, surf-like flow through each turn
Drop Out Tail - Derived from the shape of a bird of prey's tail, it generates more control when up on edge, but also allows for extra agility and deep tight turns.

Profile: Surfy CamRock - Extended rocker at the nose and regular camber through the rest of the board. This profile paired with a shorter tail allows you to glide over bumps or pow and initiate turns off the back foot for a unique, surf-like ride.
Shape: Directional - With over 50 years of proven performance, directional shapes have a significantly longer nose than tail. They excel at floating through powder and offer better glide, carving and stability in variable snow.
Flex: 6 Versatile and responsive from the peaks to the park.
