Asymmetrical Forged Hybrid Highback 3.0 - Eco-Friendly Duraflex Blue and Italian-made Forged Carbon combine to create a flex profile that compliments aggressive freestyle riding. The stiff and responsive Forged Carbon spine allows for instant edge-to-edge control, while the nylon frame allows for freestyle flexibility and comfort. The updated asymmetrical shape follows the natural angle of the leg for a more anatomical fit and flex. 10% lighter than the previous generation of Falcor highbacks.
Hybrid 1.0 Ankle Strap - Instant response meets all-day-long foot comfort. The Hybrid 1.0 ankle strap combines our responsive Exoframe exterior with the cushioned comfort and flexibility of the Forma interior. The all-new V-cut shape allows riders to push forward into the ankle strap without pressure points.
6.0 Toe Strap - Separating the exterior toe strap frame and interior rubber grip allows the rubber grip to form and fit perfectly to any boot shape on the market today, while a new more integrated toe connector gives the the binding a more finished overall look.
Asymmetrical Molecular Bushing - More durable and more cushioned than traditional thermoformed EVA, Molecular Bushings act as a suspension system between the baseplate and the boards top sheet, to help reduce vibrations from harsh snowpack. The all-new asymmetrical bushing shape allows for increased freestyle flexibility and natural inward canting while riding.
S12 Duraflex Blue Two-Layer Baseplate Construction - Union’s all-new 2-layer baseplate construction allows for two individual layers: the stiff and responsive Direct ConnectMD Core [1] and the flexible freestyle Asymmetrical Halo Base Frame [2]. Each layer has the possibility of using a unique material and stiffness to achieve the desired ride feel of the binding.
