YES Women's Rival Snowboard 2024

The Rival was developed by Juliette Pelchat @jubespelchat for women who charge and want a board that performs to the best of their ability!

The versatility of the MidBite profile makes this board the perfect board for riders that want stability and response when they ride.

The art was made by Crystal Legoffe @not. enough. ram, a Whistler local that also rides YES. boards. She worked closely with Juliette while building this graphic.

"The art this year for the rival is tattoo inspired with a nod to the renewal of 90s grunge fashion—something we're personally happy about! Juliette and I wanted to keep the design playful but make it seem more like the cool older sister of the previous rival. ( Maybe just like her? ) we hope you like it and are inspired to get a cool tattoo or do something rad!"

Profile:  Camber 

Camber is the base of snowboarding: you need to have an edge hold enough to drive in and out of turns, the Camber acts as a shock absorber on cars they push the wheels into the road to enhance grip. The camber does exactly that to the edge. Allowing you to drive your turns longer and release later.

       

Shape: Twin

A completely symmetrical shape, which thrives in a variety of freestyle situations. At the core of its design, the twin shape features an identical nose and tail shape, which provides an identical feel and predictable maneuverability whether riding regular or switch. Although originally developed with park riders in mind, twin shapes have also grown to be embraced by many all-mountain riders that like to bring a skateboard style riding out of the park and onto the entire mountain.
