• Powercore II: Powercore II is a tip-to-tail poplar wood core with additional beech wood stringers for unrivalled strength, smooth response and insane snap.
• Whiplash core profile: This profile features reduced thickness between the inserts with added meat outside your feet for maximum ollie power, while maintaining a perfect press flex.
• Ureshred sidewalls: New on all Nitro park boards, we are introducing our Ureshred sidewall, just like Skate wheels and bushings, these sidewalls are made from Polyurethane, which makes them highly resistant against impact and abrasion as well as giving them excellent dampening characteris- tics. Together with our exclusive Railkiller Edges, our URESHRED sidewalls provide the ultimate package of edge durability and feel.
• Bi-lite laminates: Rider-trusted Bi-Lite Laminates are engineered for unrivalled strength, powerful style and refined board-feel.
• Ballistic impact panels: Kevlar© is used in bulletproof vests and body armor to protect your core. We use it in strategic places around the binding-to-board interface to protect the construction from impacts during hard landings.
• Diamond band: Carbon reinforcement fibers are ultra-strong yet lightweight. Tip- to-tail stringers transfer rider’s input to help you drive your board and stay in control.
• Sintered speed formula II base: Rocket science put to work! A nanotech wax formula deeply infused into our sintered base material makes the base surface lightning fast in all snow conditions. Highly tuned yet extremely durable, speed formula II Base technology is exclusively featured on Nitro high-end boards.

Profile: Camber

Precision, control and pop. The side profile of camber looks like a rainbow. Tried and true, camber has been the dominant board bend in the snowboard industry for almost 40 years. Adopted from the bend of alpine skis, camber snowboards deliver precise turning and edge control, with spring-loaded pop due to the bend in the board, providing better jumping characteristics. Advanced riders tend to prefer this bend, especially for hard carving and high-speed riding. Even when it comes to softer park snowboards, camber boards deliver exceptional pop and control. However, they are not as forgiving of mistakes and can be more difficult to learn or progress on than a rocker or hybrid bend.

          

Shape: Twin

A completely symmetrical shape, which thrives in a variety of freestyle situations. At the core of its design, the twin shape features an identical nose and tail shape, which provides an identical feel and predictable maneuverability whether riding regular or switch. Although originally developed with park riders in mind, twin shapes have also grown to be embraced by many all-mountain riders that like to bring a skateboard style riding out of the park and onto the entire mountain.
